Our clients are mainly out-of-towners who relocate for professional reasons and require comfortable, high quality accomodations close to Montreal's business district.
Our wide selection of properties includes studios, one and two bedroom condominiums and lofts, which are furnished in a modern style with your needs in mind. Addres-Select has gained an excellent reputation for providing furnished and semi-furnished accommodations in downtown Montreal, the International Quarter, Old Montreal and the Plateau Mont-Royal.
Addres–Select provides both furnished and semi-furnished condos. Our furnished units are tastefully decorated and much thought goes into providing our clients with all commodities necessary to feel comfortable and settled as soon as possible. Our prices are competitive and our representatives are unsurpassed in their goal to please our clients.
General services / information
For your convenience: Addres–Select rents on a weekly basis depending on availabity. In general a smaller unit (600 sq.ft) rents at $1000/week and our larger units rent at $1500/week
Cleaning: Cleaning can be done at your convenience and according to your needs. It can be done once a week. Just call our office to arrange an appointment.
Parking: Indoor or outdoor parking are available depending on availability. Indoor parking is $300/month and outdoor parking $175/month.
Internet: High speed internet is available in all units.
HDTV/DVD: For your listening + viewing pleasure, all furnished units have a stereo system and a DVD player for movie rentals.
Telephone: Local phone calls are part of our phone bundle along with an answering service so that no calls are missed.
Linen & towels: All linens and towels are included in our fully furnished units to be used at your discretion.
Washing facilities: All our units have washers and dryers on site. So, no special trips to the Laundromat are required.
Kitchen facilities: For fully furnished units, the kitchen is equipped to start cooking immediately. Generally a service of 6 to 8 settings is provided so guests are welcome!
Payment options: Payment can be made by cheque or cash. Most credit cards are accepted, however there is a processing fee.
