Addres-Select

For your convenience: Addres–Select rents on a weekly basis depending on availabity. In general a smaller unit (600 sq.ft) rents at $1000/week and our larger units rent at $1500/week

Cleaning: Cleaning can be done at your convenience and according to your needs. It can be done once a week. Just call our office to arrange an appointment.

Parking: Indoor or outdoor parking are available depending on availability. Indoor parking is $275/month and outdoor parking $175/month.

Internet: High speed internet is available in all units.

HDTV/DVD: For your listening + viewing pleasure, all furnished units have a stereo system and a DVD player for movie rentals.

Telephone: Local phone calls are part of our phone bundle along with an answering service so that no calls are missed.

Linen & towels: All linens and towels are included in our fully furnished units to be used at your discretion.

Washing facilities: All our units have washers and dryers on site. So, no special trips to the Laundromat are required.

Kitchen facilities: For fully furnished units, the kitchen is equipped to start cooking immediately. Generally a service of 6 to 8 settings is provided so guests are welcome!

Payment options: Payment can be made by cheque or cash. Most credit cards are accepted, however there is a processing fee.

Arriving from the UK, I was worried about the language barriers; the friendly staff at Addres-Select welcomed me, gave me directions to local business and they demonstrated to me what a friendly and accomodating city Montreal is. I truly loved the European feel of Old Montreal and being able to live by myself for the 6 weeks that I was in Canada was rewarding and relaxing. I had friends over for dinner and on a couple of occasions they stayed over because it was late and to avoid driving home after drinking.
